Clients right to use Materials: Client is obtaining prints or digital images for personal use only.

Client shall not sell prints, use images for any commercial or editorial purposes or for the entry into any contest or competition without the express written authorization of Dare to Dream Photography. NO alterations of any kind can be made under any circumstances.

Copyright Ownership: Dare to Dream Photography (the 'photographer") owns all rights and title to the copyrights in all images and photographic material created on behalf of the client and shall have exclusive right to make prints or reproductions. Photographer reserves and the Client expressly grants the express right of the photographer to make reproductions and use the photographs and images of Client and/or Client's minor children listed above for use in connection with Photographer's portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or exhibitions, advertising and promotion, books, magazines, illustrations, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the photographers studio, website, including all printed materials.

Other: If in the opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions (illness or other deemed emergency) prevent the creation of a portrait session that meets the artistic standards of Dare To Dream Photography, may elect to reschedule the portrait session at her discretion with your complete understanding. If these cases ever arise we will arrange to get you in as soon as we possibly can.
